How to reset the Screen Time passcode for your child's device
If you’re using Family Sharing to manage a child’s account, passcode reset options won’t be available on their device. Use the following steps on the family organizer's device to reset the Screen Time passcode for your child.
On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1.On the family organizer's device, go to Settings > Screen Time.
2.Scroll down and choose a child’s name under Family.
3.Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again. You might be asked to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
4.Enter a new Screen Time passcode, then enter it again to confirm.

Thanks for the follow-up info. Did you set up the Screen Time passcode for your child using their device? If so, you can change it from your own iOS device. Go to Settings > Screen Time > choose your child's device, and tap "Turn on Screen Time". Enter a new Screen Time passcode, and then enter it again to confirm. This will override the current Screen Time passcode on the child's device. If you are still unsuccessful, get in touch with Apple Support for additional assistance:

I did that and for some reason my phone won’t show the “forgot passcode “ I have a pc but I don’t know how to do it from there
