I see many people asked if iTunes can be installed on an Android phone but I can't figure out how to see the responses and these posts are very old I figured being as I haven't been able to use iTunes or had a phone until recently I would ask If iTunes can be installed and used as a music player and streaming player on a phone Thank You

iTunes can only be installed on compatible Windows computer or used on Mac devices (running macOS Mojave or earlier).
For your Android device, you can look into using Apple Music as there is an app available for Android, which will allow you to listen to music. This article has more details: Join Apple Music on Android

To expand on what claire504 has told you, there is no iTunes for iPhones either. Music is played on an iPhone (and iPod etc.) with the Music app.
To add music to your Android phone, see documentation for your phone. It should simply be a matter of copying files from your computer using Windows Explorer ( or whatever the Mac equivalent is) to the phone.
If your Android phone does not have a suitable audio player built in, you will be able to download one from the Play Store.
