Resized MacOS partition and Bootcamp partition became Untitled

After resizing my Mac partition my Bootcamp partition disappeared leaving "Untitled" in its place and everything on the Bootcamp partition is gone. Is there a way to recover what was on there?

No. You have discovered that you can not change the size of partitions on a drive containing a Boot Camp partition.

You will have to recover your data from your Windows backup drive. You will also have to backup your Mac drive then reinstall the MacOS returning the drive to MacOS only. You can then use Boot Camp Assistant to reinstall Windows.
