Hi,

Did you have an Apple Watch Series 8 or an Apple Watch Ultra?

Nonetheless, when you put it on the charger, does it ever appear to be in Power Reserve, and never exits it? Or, it is in Power Reserve when you have it on the charger, and then it reboots on the Apple logo continuously?

Try this, and see if it helps:

  1. Since it is rebooting on the Apple logo, place the watch on the charger that it came with, also known as an in-box accessory, not a third-party charger. Once it’s on the charger, press and hold both the Digital Crown and the Side button at the same time until you see the screen go black.
  2. Once the screen goes black, release both buttons, and then press and hold the side button until you see erase or reset > confirm that you want to erase all content and settings.
  3. keep it on the charger. If you were able to get to this point, it should restart as normal on the pairing simulation. It’s normal to see a loading grey circle on the watch face during this process. It’s also normal for the screen to go to sleep during the erase.

If it was able to successfully restart on the pairing simulation, make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS before even attempting to pair the watch. If it is, you should be good to go to complete the pairing process. Keep the watch on the charger the entire time, and make sure your iPhone is near and connected to a Wi-Fi network.

IF you were unable to complete the pairing process, contact Apple Support for further assistance. Technically speaking, you should not have the option to erase the watch as it has never been paired before. However, you may be able to, especially if watchOS is out of date. Contact Apple
