What should I do to order zaa part number?
I want to buy an Apple 14 Pro with the part number ZAA, but I don't know how to order it from the United Arab Emirates to have two physical sims( no electrical sim).

Those units are only officially sold in Singapore. To get one with two physical SIM card slots, go to China, Hong Kong, or Macau.
In any case, you'll likely be denied warranty service outside the country of origin.
