There could be a few reasons why you're having trouble playing music on Apple Music. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID on your device. If you recently changed devices, you may need to sign in to your Apple ID on the new device.
  2. Check your internet connection. Apple Music requires an internet connection to play music, so make sure you are connected to a stable network.
  3. Restart your device. Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor software issues that may be causing the problem.
  4. Check if there are any updates available for your device or the Apple Music app. Outdated software can sometimes cause issues with playing music.
  5. If you are still having trouble, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Apple Music app on your device.

If you have tried all of these steps and are still unable to play music on Apple Music, it may be helpful to contact Apple Support for further assistance. They will be able to help you diagnose and troubleshoot the issue.
