Red Dots - Macbook M1

Hello!

May I know what’s the cause of these tiny red dots? Will it spread in the long run? And also, is it covered by my warranty if ever I will have it fixed/checked? My warranty is good until July 2023.

I hope someone will help.

Yes, that's right. It's just noticeable when there is a dark/black screen. I already set-up a call support for tomorrow and I'm also planning to have it checked at the nearby Apple/Power Mac Center. I'm just worried that the warranty won't cover the repairs (if needed) and that it may cost a lot (if ever).

I also tried some workarounds for dead pixels such as wiping the affected area and shutting down the device but sadly, it didn't work. But hey, thank you so much for your help. I do appreciate it, as well as the links that you have shared.
