I am unable to update iPhone X

Hello! I have an iPhone X, I can't update it, error 9 appears, iCloud doesn't have the option to restore it, there's nothing to restore. When I log in to another iPhone, iCloud doesn't have an option to restore, for example (iCloud -) The iPhone is constantly in recovery mode it does not activate. Is there a software solution or should I take it to the service, ps.. I have tried almost all the possible software solutions offered, but it still remains in the same state. Thanks!
