I cannot find the remote app on my Apple Watch. It is running version 9.0.2, the TV OS of my Apple TV is 16.1. My phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max running iOS 16.0.2), my watch and my Apple TV are on the same wifi.
I cannot control i.e. Netflix playback on my watch (supposedly when watching on iphone / apple tv playback controls should show up). Any help with this?

I have seen this article and some others, but I cannot do the pairing, as I do not have the pilot app on my watch at all.
