Not able to get requested support from Siri for more than 5 days. Hey Siri is listening, but when asked to call someone, or asked what's the weather, or what's 123 divided by 12.89 Siri response is "On it. Working on that. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." Tried all suggested fixes in apple support, as well as many other website suggestions.

First, let's restart your iPhone. Even though this is a simple step, it may help with issues like this:


"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Which iOS version do you currently have installed? Does this happen on cellular data, Wi-Fi, or both? Also, does this happen with every request?
