Apple TV+ family sharing- restrictions

My ex husband is sharing his apple tv+ subscription with me and his two children. I have the app on my phone. I've not logged into it before but it's asking for a passcode to remove parental restrictions, which I never set up. I've no idea how I can remove something I've not set up! Any suggestions? My ex says he's never set one up either, other than for Apple TV and I have that passcode, it doesn't work in Apple TV+!!! It's very frustrating. Any help gratefully received.

The Parental restrictions are set per device. They would not be something your Husband would have set up himself for it.

Check in Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➡️ Content Restrictions and make sure things there are not restricted. You may be prompted for your own Screen Time passcode to make those changes.

Thanks. Have checked and nothing restricted on my phone app. It's only when I'm trying to access Apple TV+ in Sky. That's when I can't access the programme I want to watch without the passcode I don't have🤦🏻‍♀️

By Sky do you mean the Sky Tv box? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-parental-controls-on-your-tv

There may be parental controls there too for the Sky Settings.
