Only you can cancel the storage subscription, nobody else can do it for you. Follow the steps here to do that: click here ➡️ Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

You can find the purchased storage in Settings ➡️ Account (top of Settings) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Manage Storage.
