Purchased app - need a receipt now. Can't wait for the scheduled billing cycle

I need to obtain a new receipt for a purchased app before 12/14/22. The subscription doesn't expire until 12/23/22 at which time it will automatically charge for another year. In order to get reimbursed I need the invoice NOW. How do I do that?

If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.
