i want to install os 11 version but when i try to install every day masg macbook upto date catalina 10.5 mostly app not install how can install 11

hi can i install os ver 11 or later on my old macbook pro 2013 buyingautomatic update is not working always give masg mac is up to date

10.5 os right now in book many time app installing problem the app run or download in 11 version

if possible then guid me

my mac is very slow run in downloading very slow instead my hp laptop,, navigate normal anhd online video buffring no runing in the same connection hp laptop runing without buff,

please how can fix these problem,, other wise want to shutdown forever this MACBOOK,
