Are Enhanced CDs still compatible?

I recently bought an Enhanced CD that doesn't work properly. It shows up on my Desktop and Disk Utility, the audio portion shows up in Apple Music plays fine, and the CD-ROM portion shows up in Disk Utility, albeit grayed out. I have attempted to run First Aid and mount the CD-ROM volume, but it has not worked. While I am sure there isn't anything immediately blocking playing them, there is certainly something that doesn't work properly in newer versions of macOS.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Either you have a new Apple Silicon Mac (M1 / M2) and the content on the Enhanced CD is Intel binary based or is 32bit and not 64bit binaries. You could try ensuring you have Rosetta2 installed. Open Terminal and type in the following:

sudo softwareupdate --install-rosetta

Type your password when prompted and type Return. The cursor will not move.

If that doesn't work then the Enhanced content is no longer compatible.
