I am starting out with HomeKit. I purchased some plugs.
I really want a manual or how to.
One of the plugs does not turn on at sunset. I read help things about setting up a 'hub'. Why? What is a hub?
So I check my AppleTV and it says that it is already setup as a hub.
So now what? Why does one device not know what time of day it is?
And why can't Apple supply a 'how to'?

the hub is what makes the bridge between your homekit devices in well your home and your phone when you are away from home so you can still operate them across the internet

I wish Apple would link to that guide in the short little intro to HomeKit that shows up on the iPhone. I also did a search on Apple’s website and never found it - just a few short Q&A.
Now all I need to do is figure out why one of two plugs doesn’t turn on at sunset.
