With the advent of MacOS Ventura, when opening the context menu of an image in Safari, the "Copy Subject" item appears with a delay, which causes the items to shift upwards.

The problem is a context menu appearing and becoming active before the context is known.
Experience (and muscle memory) tells you that in order to open something in a new tab via the context menu you..
This can be done in a split second and is second nature.
But now, if the pointer is near the bottom of the screen, Venture decides to...

I was just going to reply back. Personally I would just wait until "Copy Subject" appears in the menu but if it bothers you let Apple know.

This is driving me crazy, too, I use this feature a lot. Hopefully, they'll fix this soon.
The only workaround I found is to use another browser, in Chrome this doesn't happen, for example.

I encountered the same problem. I think the person who adds this function must not be the kind of developer who often uses the mac safari browser every day. It's an anti-human UI design.
