RLXTECH battery case problems

I have a RLXTECH battery case for my IPhone 11ProMax

My problem is that it will not charge my phone at the same time when attached to the charging cable.

The case will charge the phone when its disconnected to the cable. The phone charges fine with the cable by itself.

Anyone have the same problem ? Any suggestions are appreciated.

iPhone 16 Pro not charging with MagSafe I just purchased the silicone MagSafe compatible case from Apple, along with the MagSafe charger. It is not working when I lay the phone (with the case on) on the charger. Do you have any tips for getting it to work? I tried different outlets. Thanks.

iPhone 11 Pro Smart Battery Case wont charge! Just bought a brand new iPhone 11 Pro battery case from Walmart. Has never been used nor opened. I put it on my phone as soon as I got it and noticed it had 0% battery right away. I then plugged it in to charge. After 9 hours on one of the 20 W charging bricks that is an official Apple product, it still has 0% battery. I’ve tried several outlets, several cables, and several configurations between my phone and the case. What do I do?

If you are having difficulty with a case for your iPhone, you will need to contact the case manufacturer for assistance.
