Can not watch Netflix on my laptop
Hi,
I’m trying to watch Netflix on Google chrome or safari but it’s saying my Mac book is not compatible for a new update on these apps which causes the player to not work

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Since it sounds like the issue happens specifically with Netflix in your browser, we found this page in Netflix help center - Netflix Error M7121-3078. According to that page, your current OS X is not supported to play Netflix. If your MacBook is compatible, you can upgrade your OS X, then try again.
