Use strong password not showing up?

This happens periodically … sometimes frequently. Presently I am registering for The Habit app. I get the hide my e-mail option for the email section but no ‘use strong password’. When this happens it forces me to use a third party random password generator.

If you are using iCloud Keychain and a Mac as well, make sure that you don't have "never saved" selected in your Safari settings for Mac: If you can’t save a password in Safari on Mac – Apple Support

"In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, click AutoFill, then make sure “Usernames and passwords” is selected.
Choose Safari > Preferences, then click Passwords.
In the list, select the website.
“never saved” should appear next to it.
Click Remove.
If you chose to never save the password for this website (by clicking Never in the dialogue that appeared when you first signed in to it), your password can’t be saved until you remove that status.

If the steps above don’t fix the problem, contact the website’s administrator and ask if the website allows passwords to be saved."
