A. Modifying your Credentials:

If you suspect activity issues, then modify the you credentials. Someone may know your credentials, so using a opening and using new eMail address for your Apple Account seems the best, single route to take of the three provided above.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

How do you know that someone is tracking you and using your phone?

They cannot do this unless you let them use your phone and you also provided them with your Apple ID and Password.
