Resetting the Apple Watch:

If you were not updating, but rather it has stopped responding, then Force Restart your Apple Watch:

Scroll to: "Force restart your Apple Watch"
As it Reads: "You should force restart your Apple Watch as a last resort and only if it's not responding."
