Try pairing again, if it loses the connection. If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support
See if there is wireless interference that may cause disruptions for bluetooth devices. Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
