Can I add an app to my locked screen for quick access like the way camera works?

Unfortunately this is not an option as of currently on apple devices however if you were to add a widget on your lock screen then it may allow you to tap on it and the app would open. ie, a snapchat widget on your lockscreen would open snapchat when clicked on it
