Why can't we remove camera app only from lock screen but still keep the app for use

Hi all, I tried many ways to keep the camera app but just to remove it from lock screen as my kids frequently use the camera when the phone is locked. I was andriod user and on any andriod phone you can remove camera app from lock screen or keep it in lock screen but need to unlock phone to use it.

This is a very basic feature and expectation that user able to lock/unlock app from lock screen which andriod can provide but apple can't deliver this basic feature. I am really frustrated that many people asked the same question but will apple improve it iOS to enable camera lock/unlock feature from lock screen?

Currently on iOS if I toggle off Camera from Content & Privacy Restrictions then I lost access of camera app completely and not even third party camera app can be used without default app.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16
