If there is anyone that may be able to help out, I have read the other posts regarding a similar issue but did not work for me.
I have recently started using Monterey 12.3.1 and I have downloaded:

but I get this every time I try and print from my Samsung Press M2026, is there a way around this?

try right clicking on it and choosing open
if not then you need to allow non apple app store apps in system preferences
though it's made for macOS 10.15 and you use macOS 12.3.1 so it may not work, if it does not and hp are not willing to make a newer driver for that models and it does not support airplay then you will no longer be able to use it with the mac

Can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software...
But after clicking OK
The print option is displayed and it works.
