My iPhone 7 has been losses, and no location found showing in find my app ….. Is there other way to find by serial number or whatever… please assist…

No, phone needs to be online to track it. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
Otherwise you do it the old fashion way you physically look for it.
