Hey,
I got a new Macbook and decided to change its name. However, when I did a 'MacBook Air' icon appeared on my desktop. I can't move it, nor delete it.
Could not find any info regarding this. Any suggestions?

I just made it disappear. I used Terminal and the following commands:
"defaults write com.apple.finder CreateDesktop -bool false"
"killall Finder"
Hopefully will help anyone having the same issue in future.
in Finder, can you drag it from Desktop to Locations?
I don't see it in Finder. And these are the only options I get for it.
