Cant open files and apps

Hello everybody, my logic board was just changed. I install my backup from device and make update to Ventura. Since that i cant open any file in Mac. Pdf, doc, png, Heic . I tried also to send some picture from my Iphone by Airdrop to Mac, download was complete but it says ,,Cant open cause file is destroyed,,. Also when i open Appstore and want to update Pages app it says you cant update cause the app was returned or changed apple id.


How can i fix it ? It takes me 5 hours to search in system preferences and on the internet but couldn’t find solution. Thanks

Hi there Zanetaaa,


Welcome to Apple Support Communities. First, to help with getting your files to open, we'd like to have you boot the computer in safe mode. This will isolate any problem that may be caused a specific app. Follow the steps here to do so: How to use safe mode on your Mac


Intel processor
1.Turn on or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key as your Mac starts up.
2.Release the key when you see the login window, then log in to your Mac. 
3.You might be asked to log in again. On either the first or second login window, you should see ”Safe Boot” in the upper-right corner of the window.


Now, for the trouble you're having downloading apps, you will need to make sure that you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID and password used originally. More guidance on that is found in the Apple Support article:


Sign in with your Apple ID

Thank you for respond. I just try Safe Boot and its still same issues with files.


On Apple store i am using same ID as my macbook is sign and this ID i am using for 10years.

The problem is not only with apps but also with all photos, even when i download picture from google, cant open. I just tried to send the picture to another Mac via Airdrop and its openning normally. So no files are damage, just my Mac thinks so 😃
