IOS Update 16

Updated both of my sons phones to 16, and both are experiencing problems with cellular connectivity.


Error states:

Cellular Issue

Your iPhone is currently unable to access cellular data or make and receive calls or messages.


We’ve tried all the reboots and resets but to no avail. Went to AT&T and they swapped out the sim card, but that did not work, and they verified nothing wrong with the account. Our other family member phones are working fine but have not been updated.


Now they can only use them

on wifi yet we’re paying for cellular. AT&T advised it’s an “Apple Issue”.


Is this just a marketing tactic to get people to upgrade their phones? Really bad timing if so!


Please help!
