Error while setting up cellular data usage on iwatch

Bought a new series 8 gps + cellular here in india but i am unable to use cellular feature of my watch as it shows ‘your jio account is not eligible to enable mobile data on your apple watch contact jio for more information’ please tell the reason and a resolution

Apple doesn't deliver or sell cellular services. The message on the screenshot you posted says their is an issue with your Jio account and to contact Jio.


This is a user to user only forum. We aren't Jio. We aren't Apple. But even if we were Apple, they wouldn't have any control over a carrier and your Jio account. You'll need to elevate this with your carrier.
