I've researched uploading my personal mp4 video but all replies to where it is stored to select have failed even though iTunes shows it on my iPhone. What is the default iPhone "videos app" because someone replied it would be there. All I get is a selection of different videos apps.
So how can I access my mp4 to share with a select few?

If you transferred the file to your iPhone using the guidance outlined here: Use iTunes to share files between your computer and your iOS or iPadOS device the file would be available in the app that was selected for the transfer in iTunes.
If you received the file another way, and it's saved in the Files app on your iPhone, you can locate the file using the following steps:
