I’m trying to update to watchOS 9.2 and it starts to download for about 15 seconds but then stops and gives me a Software Update Failed error message. I tried every recommendation to resolve this and nothing works. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Thanks so much for the reply. Turns out it was a router issue. I had the router set up to not allow new connections and for some reason my iWatch was also set as "Blocked".

If your Apple Watch has watchOS 6 or later, you can install updates without your iPhone:
1. Make sure that your watch is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. On your watch, open the Settings app.
3. Tap General > Software Update.
4. Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
