iCloud emails disappeared from Inbox

iCloud emails disappeared from Inbox

My iCloud emails prior to December 8 2022 have suddenly disappeared from my inbox. They are not in the Inbox when I sign in to iCloud online either.

I’m trying not to panic but YIKES

Yes, I did reach out to Apple Support. The first person had to pass me up the chain after screen sharing determined all my settings were correct. The second person tried some things in iCloud which solved the issue. What those “things” were, I’m not sure as that wasn’t shared. I should have mentioned that my other iCloud mailboxes were fine (sent mailbox and also other personally defined folder mailboxes were never missing emails), only the inbox…
