Apple Store / ID balance keeps getting rejected
I’ve tried many many times to buy AirPods using my account credit. I keep getting error messages that my credit card has been declined or my payment authorization failed. My credit card information is populated. I’ve been passed from sales to customer service to technical support and back to sales. They all acknowledge my credit balance but no one can fix the problem. I was escalated to a ‘boss request’ but all I got was hold music for 1 hr and 7 minutes until the line disconnected. Is there someone at Apple who can solve. This is a maddening and terrible customer experience.
