Passes in wallet doesn’t sync to Apple Watch

Hello, I have an issue with Wallet app on my iPhone 12 Pro (running iOS 16.2) and my Apple Watch Series 2 (running watchOS 6.3). Since iOS 16 every new passes I add to my iPhone, doesn’t sync to watch (except bank cards). Moreover everytime I turn on/restart the Watch (and it syncs to iCloud), it removes the new passes from iPhone.


As I said before this issue started with iOS 16. I already tried to unpair/pair the Watch, set-up as new, logout/login from iCloud on my iPhone and disable Wallet from iCloud settings but issue always persists.


ps: I can’t send passes to watch by sending an iMessage to myself because watchOS 6.3 doesn’t recognize pkpass files.


Does anyone has any other tips or tricks to fix this?
