Whenever I click any pic in the evening with some good lighting or even street lights…a strip of lights appear with the existing lights and sometimes even overlaps the face or body of the person clicked in the pic. I am using iPhone 14 and it’s been only a month.

Have you checked, if the lenses of your iPhone are clean? A strip of light in the image can be caused by a light source shining directly hitting the camera. The "automatic HDR" used by the iPhone 14 can make these artefacts much more noticeable, when a light source or reflection is moving. Try to avoid lights or bright refections shining directly into to camera.
