I did not subscribe to AppleTV. Cancel. Refund. Acknowledge.

Apple: I did not subscribe to AppleTV. I got billed for month of December and sent multiple messages to you to cancel/refund. I have not used AppleTV. I am exceedingly frustrated with the lack of any simple means of sending a message to correct this error. I looks suspiciously like a scam to stick me for something I never agreed to.

Are you sending your requests to cancel/refund in this forum? If so, then the problem is that this is a community forum where Apple users try to help other users with Technical questions. We do not have access to the details of your account so cannot do what you ask. But these links may help:

This is a user-to-user forum. You are not addressing Apple here. We here can guide you in the right direction, but can’t take actions on your behalf.


If you never signed on, then you should not have this subscription.

See your subscriptions overview - Apple

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


Verify if the charge is for something else that is billed through Apple. The billing statement for your payment method doesn’t state the product or service, just the merchant. All charges to your account will be specified in the purchase history. View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support


If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

Apple also sends invoices by email for all charges. If you didn’t receive those, then consider if someone else has access to your payment method.

Else contact Apple staff directly to discuss what you saw in billing.
