This is what I get when I try to share a file using Finder on oneDrive, as you can see there is no share link facility.
This is what I used to get in Finder before it stopped working, a pop out box with a share by link option.

The only solution that works for me is to share the files or folders via OneDrive on the internet.
It's bad news that the share link on Finder no longer works.
