Icloud keychain does not accept full web address

To access the proper website using iCloud keychain I need to be able to enter the full website name. Keychain truncates the website making it useless. Here is my specific situation. My medical center website is: https://mycw3.eclinicalweb.com/phmg/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp

When I paste the above address into iCloud keychain, along with my username and password, the web address gets truncated to only: https://mycw3.eclinicalweb.com

That is useless and does not open the medical center website that would be able to accept my username and password. You can try the above two links and see the difference.

This is extremely irritating for me and forces me to use a different password system. Is there a workaround for this?
