I dropped my phone in the snow - now it won't charge

I dropped my phone in the snow last night while shoveling. I didn't think anything of it, plugged my phone in and went to bed. This morning I woke up at the liquid detection alert was on and now it won't charge. I'm concerned as it was plugged in all night because I didn't see the liquid alert as I went to sleep. Any suggestions?

If the phone won't charge normally using a wired connection and the liquid detection message is still appearing, you need to get those issues resolved first.....before.....you try anything else.

I would not recommend that you try wireless charging until you have the all clear on the other issues. If you decide to try it anyway......not recommended....I would be surprised if wireless charging works.
