M1 MacBook Pro CPU overheating after macOS Ventura Version 13.1 update

Hey folks, I noticed that my MacBook Pro is overheating its CPU to insane temperatures while working on the same apps I used before the update. I use WhatsApp desktop, Slack, Chrome, Safari, Notion, and occasionally Photoshop or Illustrator and I have never had extreme temperature issues. Has anyone else experienced this?

While the other apps are running, the temperature escalates if you go heavy on one of the browsers with video streaming, etc.

After Update MacOS, your Mac reindexes the finder files and folders for a smooth user experience. Also, the Installed app automatically updates in the background. That’s the reason your Mac’s Processor becomes heated, at that Point Your Mac’s Fan Kick on at full speed to help your Mac cool down again. During this time, Leave alone your MacBook for an hour to set up itself.
