Get the message "Mail can't verify the identity of the server..." Mail does not receive messages on my Mac but the same Mediacom mail account is still OK on my iPhone and iPad.
Can this be fixed?
Make sure you have the correct IMAP settings for the server, down to the port.
Mail menu -> Preferences -> Accounts.
Look at the server settings section to make sure they are all right there.
Where do I go on my iMac to access the entry point for this information to check all of these settings? According to Mediacom, all of their settings are correct. I have also tried to change the Trust settings on the certificates associated with Mediacom, but that still has not helped. This is soooo frustrating!
