How do I set a second time zone for the GMT watch face??

Problem: GMT watch face doesn’t show 24 hrs on outer ring I just got the Apple Watch SE and I’d like the watch to show current location time as 12hr and UTC time in 24hr format. The description for the GMT watch face says the outer ring is 24 hour format. After I add the GMT watch face to the watch using the Watch app on the phone I notice the outer ring is in 12hr format. It stays that way even after selecting UTC as the second time zone. How do I get the outer ring to show the 24 hr format? I want to keep all other times on my phone and watch to be the 12hr format. I restarted both the iPhone and the watch and that did not correct the problem. Thanks,

Different Time on Each Watch Face I am familiar with the GMT watch face and it works well for most of my needs. When I travel in time zones different from my home time zone, I must change the time on my phone and then change the world time (back to my home tome). It would be awesome to have the flexibility of setting a different primary time zone on each watch face. That would enable the wearer to simply change the watch face to display a completely different time without having to actually change the time on the phone. The iPhone could be left on the main/home time zone. Anyone else interested in this capability? Thanks.
