Two Color dots on iPhone 12 Screen

I just bought my iPhone an year ago and after 10 months two colourful dots came on the screen below the notch area. My phone has never been dropped or anything accidental hasn’t happened with my phone. I reported this problem to my nearby Apple Store but they asked me to pay for the diagnosis. The phone was under 2 months warranty when I visited Apple support but now it is out of warranty. I consulted the online Apple Support but no reply came from them. The phone is as new as it came from the company as I use my phone very carefully.

these dots are on the screen always on each and every app.

If you see the same thing in all apps and on all screens, it is possible there may be an issue with a pixel or two on your display.

The only way to confirm this would be to have it examined by an Apple Authorized Service Provider. There are a couple of ways to do this.

You can make an appointment with an Apple Store. They offer free diagnostics and assistance. You can make an appointment using the Apple Support app on any iOS or iPadOS device.

You can also take it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Some Apple Authorized Service Providers are independently owned. It is up to them whether they charge for diagnostics or not. You can always take the device to a different AASP if you are not happy with the first one. Appointments for Apple Authorized Service Providers may also be available in the Apple Support app.
