Green dots on ipad

I’ve been experiencing green dots on my iPad Pro 2022 screen for the past few months, which is particularly inconvenient when watching videos. I suspect that bending the original case accidentally contributed to this issue, I had somehow bended the screen, I realized that six months ago. I still have a few months left on my warranty. I’ve attached a sample image of the green dots and a picture of how my iPad displays the sample image. What can be the real problem?
