I have beats Powerbeats pro earbuds and they are now powering down (left one first) after 30 mins irrespective of the charge. I can put them back into the charging box, which then resets them and they then reconnect with 80+% charge (see pics). This seems to have started to happen after updating my iOS on the iPhone 13 Pro Max that I have paired. I have tried resetting the Bluetooth connection, but same thing happens.

Let's verify you're using the system button to reset your Beats via the steps below:
1. Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
3. Release the system button.
The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Powerbeats Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.
