All apps in Privacy & Security Accessibility apps disappear in Ventura 13.1

This has been intermittently occurring since I upgraded my M1 Mini to Ventura (13.1): the dozens of apps in Privacy & Security: Accessibility are completely missing. Gone. They were there one minute ago and now don't show up. Same with stuff in Accessibility: Full Disk (like Dropbox). Sometimes a restart makes them all appear, but sometimes not.

Anyone else seeing this? Any fix?

Hi braintoniq,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that a list of apps are missing from your Privacy & Security > Accessibility settings on your Mac. Are you able to enable the apps in Accessibility or are they not listed at all?

Do you experience the same behavior if you create a new user account and sign into that account?

To set up a new user account, you can go to the Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Users & Groups. Click the lock, then enter an administrator name and password.

Click the add button (+) below the list of users.

Complete the fields shown for an Administrator account, then click Create Account (or OK).

Once you've created the new user account, you can sign into that account to check your settings.

We look forward to your reply.

Cheers!
