Hi Jt0078,

If you haven't already, you can see if restarting your Apple TV may help. We recommend this because restarting can refresh tvOS and any connections to the internet (which is needed for iCloud), which may resolve the currently not available message you're encountering.

If needed, the steps below show how to restart:

"Restart Apple TV

Do any of the following:

  • Press and hold both the Back  (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or  (Siri Remote 1st generation) and TV   buttons on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.
  • Disconnect Apple TV from the power outlet, wait five seconds, then reconnect it.
  • Open Settings  on Apple TV, go to System and select Restart."

Those steps can be found in this article: Restart Apple TV - Apple Support Another step you could also take to isolate this, is to connect your Apple TV to another internet network. Doing that can show if the issue is happening with a specific internet network or all.

If you are using a Wi-Fi network, you can do that by going to Settings on your Apple TV > Network > Wi-Fi. Please let us know if that helps or if you've already tried those steps already.

Take care.

Hello Jt0078,

Let's use the steps below to make sure that your Apple TV is all up to date:

1. Go to Settings > System > Software Updates and select Update Software.
2. If there's an update, select Download and Install.
3. Wait for your Apple TV to download the update. Keep your Apple TV connected and plugged in to power until the update is complete.

After the update downloads, your Apple TV will restart, prepare the update, then install it. When the update is complete, your Apple TV will automatically restart again.

You can also find those steps in this resource: Update your Apple TV Updating should help to further isolate a software conflict.

Should that behavior still persist, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support They'd be in the best position to look into this further.

Take care.
