Battery Cases not working on XS MAX

I have had several battery cases now for my XS MAX. They all started to charge for about 2 weeks then failed. I'm headed back to the Apple store again to replace the 3rd case tomorrow. What's wrong?

There is a program for failing battery cases for the XS Max. You can find out more about it here: Smart Battery Case Replacement Program for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR. We'd advise speaking to the Genius Bar staff about this when you visit. You may need to look into getting an appointment if you don't have one already: Genius Bar Reservations and Apple Support Options.

Less thank you for the reply. Yes I’ve been to the Apple store and they have replaced the case 3 times and now I’m having to go back again and have them replace it again. Is something wrong with my phone or is it a wide spread problem with apple charging cases specifically for the xs max? I’m getting tired but f going to the Genius Bar and coming home only to have to return again and again .
